Hi, I’m Brett Cockman and am the owner-manager of Western Histological. My qualifications include postgraduate degrees in Biology, Medical Technology and Business Administration which complements my 20 years plus work experience within the private, public and university sectors. I am a strong advocate for life-long learning and care for the environment and strongly committed to making high quality prepared slides for both education and enjoyment by their users whether they are a teacher or student.

When I’m not working on Western Histological business I enjoy the great Australian outdoors including deep sea fishing and hiking, reading, cooking and collecting (and drinking) fine Australian wine
